Volunteer Oportunities

Advocate Sign-Up

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in local, state, and national legislation and the impact it has on Nebraska’s low-income families. The issue categories at the bottom of this page offer you the opportunity to inform us of your specific interests such as child care, hunger, and poverty. By checking the boxes next to issues that are especially important to you, the Center for People in Need can send you more specific information as it relates to your priorities. If we work together, we can impact the legislative process and bring positive change for Nebraska’s families.

If you have questions, please review the Volunteer Expectations section at the right. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact either Deb Daily or Susan Hale at 476-4357.

If you would like to volunteer with any of the Center’s other programs, please see the Center Volunteer Opportunities section on the home page for more information.
